What it does
The Elite Track is Tufo's track competition tubular, available in four weights: under 125, 135, 150 or 160 g, in 19 or 22 mm. It covers all disciplines, from sprint to pursuit and madison.
Guaranteed weight
The four figures are guaranteed maximums, not production averages. On the track, where equipment is chosen to the gram and where the commissaires weigh, the difference is concrete: a tubular advertised at “125 g” by Tufo weighs at most 125 g.
The construction
Compound Nano Silica — a blend with very fine fillers, which gives grip on the varnish of a velodrome without wearing quickly —, casing 210/315 TPI, carbon black rubber for mileage. Pressure from 10 to 15 bar. Durable enough to get through the heats of a whole weekend.

Glued, or fixed with Tufo double-sided tape: Tufo Double-Sided Tape for road tubulars — no drying time, you ride straight away. Inside, the Tufo Anti-Puncture Sealant — Standard injected through the valve before the first ride seals punctures up to 5 mm.
