What it does

The MS3, recognisable by its blue colour, is the tubular for racing and sports wheelchairs. It is designed for demanding disciplines — basketball, rugby, tennis, athletics — where side impacts are constant.

Glue-free fitting

This is its particularity: it fits without glue on a hooked rim of specific dimensions. Its profiled sidewall locks under the hooks, and the tubular remains largely seated inside the rim instead of protruding from it. It does not slip, and it protects the rim from side impacts rather than suffering them.

What it brings to the ride

A permissible pressure of up to 16 bar : the contact patch is reduced to a minimum, which speeds up starts, helps reach top speed sooner and makes the chair more precise to steer. Puncture-protection layer, silica compound, 60/120 TPI casing. From 24 to 28 inches.
