In detail
CNC-machined from7075 T6 aluminium, Velox tubeless valves fit the rim perfectly thanks to their conical rubber seal : installation is quick and airtightness doesn't require overtightening.
Four diffusion channels are machined at the base of the valve body: air and sealant circulate freely there, even with a foam or insert in the tyre. The valve is compatible with most tubeless inserts. The cap includes a core remover : the core comes out so you can inject the sealant directly through the valve. Compatible with the Bosch Smart System.

Fitting
| 1 | Remove the cap and the nut, then pass the valve through the rim hole, through the tubeless rim tape. |
| 2 | Hand-tighten the nut until the conical seal is slightly compressed: too tight and it may leak. |
| 3 | Fit the tyre, position the valve at 5 o'clock or 7 o'clock, remove the core and inject the sealant through the valve. |
| 4 | Refit the core and inflate to the pressure shown on the tyre sidewall. |
