Legal guarantee
Like every seller in the European Union, Velox owes you the legal guarantee of conformity for at least two years from delivery. Your rights are summarised in this notice, drawn up by the European Commission.
In a nutshell
If a product does not match its description or does not work as intended, you can ask for it to be repaired or replaced, free of charge. In some cases you are entitled to a price reduction or a full refund.
