The 28 mm diamond-tread tubular, for asphalt, broken roads and light gravel.
What it does
The Diamond Allroad is a 28 mm tubular to go beyond tarmac without changing wheels. Battered country roads, white tracks, light gravel: it widens the playground of a tubular bike, which usually has no answer for these surfaces.
The diamond tread
The diamond-point pattern is that of the tubulars of old, and it wasn't revived out of nostalgia: this fine grid gives grip on gravel and dry earth without creating the drag of a true knob. On tarmac, it rolls like a road tubular.
The construction
Casing 200/275 TPI, tread compound Grip Silica and impregnated casing Liquid Rubber, standard puncture protection. 28 mm, 320 g, 5 to 8 bar.
